The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

The resources were collected through an open call among the National campaigns, online activists and European partners.
The Council of Europe is not responsible if a resource is withdrawn or inactive.

Report of the study session ”Young Media Makers for Human Rights: Developing Facilitation Skills for Trainers on Human Rights Reporting.”
Description: From 1 to 5 November 2015, 20 young journalists and activists gathered in Strasbourg to attend the study session Young Media Makers for Human Rights Developing Facilitation Skills for Trainers on Human Rights Reporting, organised by European Youth Press in co-operation with the European Youth Centre of the Council of Europe. The study session aimed to set the basis for a pool of resource people who can teach other young media makers about good practices in human rights reporting in an educational setting. Additionally, the report provides accounts on the use of educational materials such as Compass and Bookmarks to address hate speech online. The report provides a day-to-day programme of the study session, the main outcomes, as well as final conclusions.
