The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

The resources were collected through an open call among the National campaigns, online activists and European partners.
The Council of Europe is not responsible if a resource is withdrawn or inactive.

Training curriculum for high-school teachers “The role of teachers in combating hate speech among students” (three editions: 2014-2015, 2015-2016, and 2016-2018)
Description: This training curriculum was developed as part of the No Hate Online, No Hate Offline project of the No Hate Speech Movement in Montenegro. The main targets of this training curriculum are primary and secondary school teachers, educationalists, (deputy) principals, and other key school actors. The training curriculum was licensed by the National Institute for Education, and the accreditation included the school years 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018. The aim of the training curriculum was to enable teachers to develop further their competences in tackling hate speech (online and offline) in educational environments and provide support to the victims of hate speech. The training curriculum tackles the following topics: cyberbullying; online abuse of children and youth; fundamentals of hate speech and human rights; the role of social networks and Internet in relation to hate speech; support for the victims of hate speech, and so on. The curriculum is in Montenegrin.
