Challenges of Youth participation in the Community of Portuguese-speaking countries and the Ibero-American spaces

The Executive Director of the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, Ambassador António Gamito was the keynote speaker at the opening session of the Youth Forum of the Community of Portuguese-speaking countries and the Ibero-American youth, in Cascais, on the 25 May.

Promoted by the General Secretariat of the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sport of the Community of Portuguese-speaking countries and the International Organisation for Ibero-America youth (OIJ), the Forum took place in the framework of the initiative “Cascais European Youth Capital 2018” whose partner in Portugal is the Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth.
