State of cybercrime legislation
Specific legislation on cybercrime has been enacted through Articles 548-555 of the Penal Code, Chapter VII: Computer related offences, prescribes crimes such as: illegal access, illegal interception, data interference, system interference and computer related fraud, mentioning also the corresponding penalties.
