The Pompidou Group’s International Drug Policy Academy is now launching the first comprehensive course in drug policy. The advanced Drug Policy Executive Course is designed for professionals who work as managers and senior team members who work in the area of drug policies and addictions. The course comprises the key competency areas required for exercising managerial duties related to drug policy development, implementation, and evaluation.

Upon successful completion of the course participants will be awarded the Certificate in Advanced Drug Policy Management by the International Drug Policy Academy. The certification issued by the International Drug Policy Academy is constructed in accordance with international substance use professional development and credentialing bodies.

The Drug Policy Executive Course is a three-module comprehensive course taken over a 12-month period with in-person and distant learning components. The working format during seminars is highly interactive and dynamic. Between modules, participants will work on a research assignment under the mentorship of a designated supervisor.
