Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić, Parliamentary Assembly President Tiny Kox and Icelandic Infrastructure Minister Sigurður Ingi Jóhannsson are due to speak. A draft declaration on Russia’s war against Ukraine will be presented by Congress President Leendert Verbeek and Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets will deliver a video message.
