Meeting in London on Thursday, the Secretary General Jagland and UK Foreign Secretary discussed the situation in Ukraine and the international response to events in Crimea. They agreed on the role of the Council of Europe in providing expertise and assistance to Ukraine for judicial and constitutional reforms. The Secretary General also met with members of the UK delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly.
