The Committee of Ministers reiterated its full support to and solidarity with Ukraine and its unwavering commitment to the independence, sovereignty and respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognised borders. The Ministers also adopted an adjusted Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022, including advice on the European Convention on Human Rights, measures to protect displaced persons, document human rights violations, support legal professionals, protect children’s rights, combat violence against women and trafficking, protect vulnerable groups including Roma, and prevent discrimination, as well as measures to support Ukrainian media and the judiciary.
