The Government of Spain has made a voluntary contribution of €150,000 to support the Council of Europe Neighbourhood Partnerships with Morocco and Tunisia 2022-2025, the project “Human Rights education for Youth” implemented by the North-South Centre, the Venice Commission, the regular updating of the Council of Europe website hub into Spanish, as well as to reduce the European Court of Human Rights backlog of well-founded cases.

Ambassador Juan Ignacio Morro, Permanent Representative of Spain to the Council of Europe, met with Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General, on this occasion.
