The Council of Europe and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) have signed a new Framework Cooperation Agreement which provides for a financial contribution of approximately €5 million for the period 2023-2027 in support of the Council of Europe Action Plans for Armenia, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

Since 2015, Sida has contributed a total of €17 million to the Council of Europe Action Plans and cooperation priorities under previous Framework Agreements.
