The Council of Europe is looking for Providers for the provision of national consultancy services to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis. Providers are expected to bring expertise aligned with European standards, particularly in the following areas:
- gender equality,
- online tech-facilitated violence against women,
- consent-based definition of sexual violence against women,
- victim-centered approaches,
- data collection and analysis.

The tender is launched in the framework of the project “Combating digital and sexual violence against women in Bosnia and Herzegovina II,” implemented as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025.
The project aims to ensure that victims of digital and sexual violence enjoy their rights in law and practice in line with Council of Europe standards and with the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (Istanbul Convention).
The deadline for submission of tenders is Sunday, 23 February 2025 23h59 CET.
