The Working group formed of law enforcement and prison professionals had an online meeting on 3 April 2020 to design protocols for interagency cooperation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 The purpose of these protocols is to complement existing good practice and institutional training programs with the recommendations of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT).

This activity is organised within the framework of the Horizontal Facility for Western Balkans and Turkey II - "’Strengthening human rights treatment of detained persons based on European standards and best practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina ", co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
