The Council of Europe is implementing the Roma Integration III Joint Programme of the European Union and Council of Europe, aiming to strengthen government capacities in the Western Balkans and Türkiye to address challenges faced by Roma communities. The initiative focuses on public policy development in housing, employment, education, and other areas.

As part of this programme, the Council of Europe is seeking Providers to conduct a Feasibility Study on housing conditions in 10 Roma settlements in North Macedonia. The study will assess housing needs, analyse site suitability, and propose sustainable solutions.

Tenders must be submitted by 13 February 2025, 16:00 CET.

The contract is expected to commence on 01 March 2025, 16:00 CET.
