The partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth has launched a set of guidelines on how different sectors can co-operate to ensure the rights, inclusion and participation of young refugees and migrants. The Guidelines on working with young refugees and migrants - Fostering cross-sectoral co-operation focus on what youth work and other fields (such as integration and migration) have in common in their working approaches, and highlight the added value of partnership building and co-operation. The guidelines were produced following a series of seminars organised in 2018 and different organisations and public institutions contributed to their drafting.
