On 19 September 2018 in Paris, the Head of Division and Programme co-ordinator for Children's rights at Council of Europe, Ms Regina Jensdottir, will participate in the European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) Annual Conference and General Assembly meeting. The main topic of discussion is the mental health of children, the well-being and children´s rights, including children on the move. Among the participants are Ombudspersons for Children, Psychologists, UN Special Rapporteur on the right to everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health and UN Secretary General´s Special Representative on Violence against Children. Ms Jensdottir will present the Council of Europe´s work on this field, notably on actions undertaken in the framework of the Council of Europe Strategy for the Rights of the Child (2016-2021), and of the Action Plan on Protecting Refugee and Migrant Children in Europe (2017-2019).
