Back The Monitoring Group of the Anti-doping Convention (T-DO) holds its 57th meeting

More than 50 European experts met for two days to discuss the reinforcement of the fight against doping in Europe.  

The Monitoring Group of the Anti-Doping Convention (T-DO) reviewed the implementation of the Recommendation on fair procedure applicable to anti-doping proceedings in sport, as well as the outcome of the Conference on the right to a fair procedure in anti-doping proceedings (Riga, Latvia, 3 October 2023)

It also assessed the progress made in the area of gender-equality in anti-doping and in recreational sport in the context of the Council of Europe’s pledge on healthy lifestyles and anti-doping policies

The findings of the monitoring visits carried out to BelgiumFrance and Hungary were discussed and will be published online soon. The Monitoring Group also adopted the 2024 Prohibited list – list of doping agents and methods.

The Monitoring Group also exchanged with representatives of the European Commission, European Handball, FIFA, IOC, ITA, World Rugby and WADA.

The 58th T-DO meeting will be held in Strasbourg, on 6 and 7 March 2024.
