The Council of Europe is looking for international consultancy services in the field of social and economic rights in order to support the implementation of different activities by the Department of Social Rights. These activities aim at enhancing the protection and promotion of social and economic rights, guaranteed by the European Social Charter, in the Council of Europe member States.

International expertise is needed in the following areas:

 the treaty system of the European Social Charter and its monitoring and follow-up mechanisms;

 the European Code of Social Security, institutional efficiency and development of labour inspections, etc.
