On 22-23 October 2022 the High School of Justice staff was gathered for a training which was dedicated to the personal development on the one side and team building and collegiality on the other side. For the relatively newly recruited staff the meeting appeared as a good platform to better understand each other and find new ways to enhance cooperation.
Among issues discussed at the training are equal distribution of personal and team resources, self-management including time and stress management issues, internal communication and teamwork. The training aimed at taking a new view at the mentioned topics, develop new skills and in this way improve performance at work and results.
The training was organised within the support to the Judiciary reform Project. The High School of Justice is one of the Project partners. Hence, its institutional capacity building is among Project’s objectives.
Project “Support to the Judicial Reform in Georgia” is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in the framework of the Partnership for Good Governance II 2019-2023.
