Back Presentation of the Strategy and Action Plan of the High School of Justice

On 15 October 2014, the High School of Justice (HSoJ) will host a presentation of its new Strategy and Action Plan for 2014-2018 elaborated in the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Developing the capacity of the High School of Justice of Georgia”. The Strategy and the Action Plan are based on the comprehensive needs assessment of the HSoJ, which was carried out by three working groups composed of six Council of Europe and Georgian experts. The needs assessment has covered the following areas: Structural and procedural gap-analysis, Training Needs Assessment (initial and in-service) and Assessment of communication practices.

On 1 July 2014 members of the Independent Board, the highest collective management body of the HSoJ, unanimously adopted the documents. The Strategy and Action Plan set three strategic goals and define the priorities for the HSoJ over the coming five years.

This activity is organised in the framework of the project of the Council of Europe “Developing the capacity of the High School of Justice of Georgia”, funded by the Ministry for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands.
