Who are the current State Parties and signatories to the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs (known as Santiago de Compostela Convention)?

 Who are the countries invited to accede to the Santiago de Compostela Convention?

Following Article 28, the Convention shall be open for signature by: 

1. the member States of the Council of Europe
2. the European Union
3. non-member States which enjoy observer status with the Council of Europe
4. any State in the world upon invitation by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe
