The Council of Europe’s Committee of Experts on the Operation of European Conventions on Co-operation in Criminal Matters (PC-OC / Terms of reference / List of Conventions) is the forum in which, since 1981, experts from all member and observer states and organisations come together to elaborate ways to improve international co-operation in criminal matters and identify solutions to practical problems encountered in the application of Council of Europe Conventions in this field. PC-OC Mod holds its 36th meeting in Strasbourg

The Restricted Group of experts on international co-operation (PC-OC Mod) held its 36th meeting on 24-26 September 2024 in Strasbourg. The main items on the agenda included a draft Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, a questionnaire on confidentiality in MLA proceedings, questions relating to the transfer of sentenced persons and an exchange of experiences regarding international co-operation in criminal matters.
