On Monday 6 November 2023, two hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room in Strasbourg (D Building) in appeals below:

• 10 a.m.: Appeal No. 737/2023 – G.T. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe
• 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 738/2023 – C.A. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe

Both hearings will be open to the public and will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend a hearing are requested to contact the registry before 2 November 2023.
