The first 2025 session of the Administrative Tribunal took place on 29 and 30 January 2025. 

A hearing on appeals Nos. 761 and 762/2024 – L. D. and L. D. (II) was held on 30 January 2025, followed by first deliberations. 

In addition, the Tribunal held final deliberations in three appeals in which it delivered the judgments below:

• Judgment of 30 January 2025 in appeal No. 759/2024 - D. S. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe; 
• Judgment of 30 January 2025 in appeal No. 747/2024 - M.-L. L. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (FR); 
• Judgment of 5 February 2025 in appeals Nos. 746, 748-758/2023 - A. S. T., F. G., M. B. L., G. B., C. W.-H., L. C., E. H., M.-L. F., M. C., P. N., M. H. and F. B. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (FR).

During this session, the Tribunal also examined amendments to its Rules of procedure, which were adopted by a decision of 29 January 2025.
