Three hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on 23 and 24 June 2021 in the following appeals:

• Wednesday 23 June at 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 670/2020 – Irène WEIDMANN (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (registration form);
• Thursday 24 June at 10 a.m.: Appeal No. 671/2020 – Laurence NECTOUX v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (registration form);
• Thursday 24 June at 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 672/2020 – Irena Alicja KOWALCZYK-KEDZIORA v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (registration form).

The hearing on 23 June will be chaired by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair. The other two hearings will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal,

Owing to the Covid-19 health crisis and until further notice, special measures apply to the hearings of the Tribunal and the oral submissions in these cases will be made by videoconference.

The hearings will be open to the public upon prior registration with the Registry of the Tribunal. Registration is made by completing the online form indicated for each hearing, before the deadline of 22 June 2021.
