The second 2025 session of the Administrative Tribunal took place on 24 and 25 March 2025. 

During this session, the Tribunal held its first deliberations in the following cases:

• Appeal No. 763/2024 – M.-S. F. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe;
• Appeal No. 766/2024 – L. D. (III) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

A public hearing in respect of appeal No. 766/2024 was held on 24 March 2025. 

Moroever, the Tribunal held final deliberations in appeals Nos. 761 and 762/2024 – L. D. and L. D. (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe, for which it delivered its judgment on 25 March 2025 (in French).

At this session, the Tribunal also examined amendments to its Rules of procedure concerning the confidentiality of information or documents submitted by a party to the Tribunal. The amendments were adopted by a decision of the Tribunal on 7 April 2025.
