The Administrative Tribunal concluded its third session of 2023, which was held on 5 and 6 June 2023.

During this session, the Tribunal considered 48 cases for final deliberation, including the 45 individual appeals relating to the 2022 salary adjustment. 

On Monday, 5 June 2023, a public hearing was held in appeal No. 730/2022 - Olivia CONRAD (III) v. Secretary-General, followed by the first deliberations of the Tribunal. 

At this session, the Tribunal adopted the following decisions:
