Two Hearings of the Administrative Tribunal (20 June 2012)

Two public hearings were held before the Administrative Tribunal on Wednesday 20 June 2012 in the Tribunal’s hearing-room in the D building at 9:30 am in appeal No.  521/2011- R. V. (II) v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank.

At 2:30 pm in appeals Nos. 492-497, 504-508, 510,512, 515-520/2011 – BARON, DIEBOLD (III), DEGENS, PARROTT, ATAC, TULETT, AMAR, STOLL, POIRIER, FRY, WIEDER, BIGAIGNON (II), SIMONET, FAUCHEZ, BALESTRA, BILLET, SCHAEFFER, BRANNAN and SCARAVELLA v. Secretary General.

The hearings were chaired by Mr Christos ROZAKIS, Chair of the Administrative Tribunal.
