The table below lists all orders issued since 2009 on applications for a stay of execution. The orders are listed in descending chronological order, according to the date on which the order was issued by the Chair of the Tribunal. 

Since 1 January 2023, the Administrative Tribunal has applied by analogy, to applications for a stay of execution, the default rule of anonymization that it applies to appeals lodged with the Tribunal. Accordingly, the order ruling on the application for a stay of execution designates the applicant by their initials, in order to guarantee anonymity. The author of a request for a stay of proceedings may request a greater degree of anonymity. Orders issued on applications for a stay of execution prior to 1 January 2023 do, however, mention the name of the applicant, except in cases where the applicant has requested and obtained a decision granting anonymity. In such cases, the applicant's name is indicated either by a letter or by their initials. 

A search is possible by topic, subject of the complaint and/or appeal, and other keywords. It is also possible to restrict the search according to the outcome of the request for a stay of execution, depending on whether it was granted, rejected or withdrawn.
