Following the request by the Chairman of the PACE Monitoring Committee dated 30 January 2023, the Venice Commission will prepare an opinion on the Law of Ukraine on National Minorities (Communities).

The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 135th Plenary Session of the Commission (09-10 June 2023).
