The Venice Commission, in cooperation with the National Election Commission and the National Election Office, organised a post-election webinar following the parliamentary elections and the referendum held in Hungary on 3 April 2022. Representatives of the National Election Commission, the National Election Office, a non-governmental organisation, OSCE/ODIHR and the Venice Commission participated in the event. Members of the Venice Commission intervened on the topics of “Effective legal remedies” and on “Decision-making and overall effectiveness of the election administration”.
