Erna Solberg is the Prime Minister of Norway since 2013 and Leader of the Conservative Party since May 2004. Under her leadership, the Government intends to double its development assistance to education in countries affected by extreme poverty, crisis and conflict.

Najat Vallaud-Belkacem was the first French woman to be appointed Minister of Education, Higher Education, and Research. Previously she was Minister of Women's Affairs, Minister of City Affairs, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, and Government spokesperson.

The Prime Minister and the Minister will speak on 7 November during the Forum’s opening session.
