The 3rd Participatory Democracy Incubator Meeting will take place upon invitation at the Europe Youth Centre in Strasbourg on 7th November 2017. The objective of the meeting is to identify guiding principles and practical approaches to enhance the impact of participatory democracy initiatives on city policies and to exchange ideas about the possible setting up of a participatory democracy “advisory body” at the Council of Europe.
