On the occasion of the opening of the 3rd World Forum for Democracy, participants and anyone interested are invited to discover the light show in front of the Palais de l'Europe created by l'Ososphère, AV-Exciters and the artist Antoine Schmitt: Monday 3 November at 7 pm in front of the Council of Europe.

In interaction with spaces, perspectives and environment, a show including images and techniques of projection will reveal the Palais de l'Europe to the Forum participants and the public. By a singular artistic gesture, artists want to challenge directly the participants on the issues identified at the World Forum for Democracy.

The show will be launched on Monday 3 November at 7pm (15mn of performance), then repeated until 10pm. It will be repeated Tuesday 4 November.
