Born in Milan, 1976, Marco started to work in Photography 25 years ago. Today he works as a photojournalist concentrating on social and cultural issues mainly in Milan and throughout Africa, as well as architectural and personal research projects. He has been published and has showcased his photographs in several important Italian and European magazines, galleries and international photography events. Since 2017 he has been working on ENERGY PORTRAITS, an international long term project about energy poverty, showcased at Glasgow COP26. In 2022 he has started the multimedia project CONCRETE JUNGLE, whose protagonists are the young inhabitants of the peripheries of Europe, territories where democracy and legality no longer represent values to refer to in the search for one's own identity, supplanted by the trap and drill culture, a successful communication channel between peers but distant and deliberately elusive for all the others.
