Anna Glazewski is a lecturer in public law at the University of Strasbourg and holds a doctorate from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas. After defending her thesis on the 'structural obligations' of the State from the point of view of international human rights law, she worked for several years as a legal adviser to the Human Rights Defender and then as a legal adviser to the European Court of Human Rights. She has also taught at the Université Paris Panthéon-Assas and at CY Cergy Paris Université, and regularly publishes in legal journals.
