The Project “Democratic Development, Decentralisation and Good Governance in Armenia – Phase II” is announcing a call for proposals to support the development of cross-border co-operation initiatives between neighbouring communities from Armenia and Georgia, aimed at providing opportunities for improved service delivery in those communities, ensuring sound financial management and delivering value for money to citizens.

This application process is open to all 21 communities from Tavush, Lori and Shirak regions in Armenia.

The total amount of the budget under this call for proposals is 45,000 Euros to be allocated in 3 grants of 15,000 Euros each per municipality.

Grant applications must be received before 15 April 2025 (by 23:59 Armenian time).
