During his official visit to the Council of Europe on 18 March 2019, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Norway spent time in the European Youth Centre.
He met with a group of young people from IFHOHYP (International Federation of Hard of Hearing Young People), a group of Norwegian students based in Strasbourg and Norwegian staff members from the Council of Europe.
His Royal Highness showed a keen interest in the non-formal educational and training policies of the Council of Europe’s youth sector and was delighted to hear about Norway’s commitment towards the youth sector since the 1960’s.
