Reception

The Reception is available 24/7. At Reception you check in and check out, and you receive the key card to your room and for meals. If you need a hair dryer or an umbrella, you can borrow one from Reception.

Departure

On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10am and do not forget to leave your key card at Reception. Your key card expires at this time.
If you wish to use the Airport minibus services, please inform Reception at least 24 hours in advance, and they will book a minibus for you. The minibus will pick you up at least two hours before your flight.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage is available in the cloakroom located on the ground floor opposite Reception.
 

Restaurant

In our self-service restaurant we offer a buffet breakfast and three-course lunches and dinners with a fresh salad buffet. The kitchen is pork-free, and vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available on request. Lunch and dinner (self-service): these consist of a starter, a main course (vegetarian alternative available on request), salad buffet, dessert and/or fresh fruit and a non-alcoholic drink. Coffee is included in the lunch; wine (or a nonalcoholic
drink) is included in the dinner.
As part of the EYCB’s sustainable management, we have introduced “Meatless Mondays” where only vegetarian / vegan food is served to all guests.

Opening hours of the restaurant:

• Breakfast  07.00-09.30
• Lunch        12.30-14.30
• Dinner       19.00-20.30

Please return all crockery and cutlery to the restaurant area if you use the garden for your meals. (Do not take crockery or cutlery out into the lobby, the conference area or to your room.)
For hygienic and safety reasons, you are asked to wear footwear in the restaurant!
