Natalja is  secretary to the CPJ, co-secretary to the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ), Secretary to the Partial Agreement on Youth mobility through the Youth Card.

Sylvia is the co-secretary to the Joint Council on Youth (CMJ)

Stéphanie is responsible for the policy to integrate a youth perspective into the Council of Europe's work and deliberations.

Marius contributes to the preparation and implementation of youth policy asistance measures to Members States, he is also responsible for youth work policy issues.

Kristyna supports the Group of Senior Officials and the preparations of the 10^th Council of Europe Ministerial Conference for Ministers responsible for Youth

Sylvie is personal assistant to Tobias Flessenkemper, Head of the Youth Department. She also works with Joanne for the Advisory Council on Youth and is responsible for logistical and practical issues.

Keltoum provides secretarial support for activities aimed at implementing a youth perspective, as well as for the functioning of the statutory bodies, meetings and activities of the CDEJ/CCJ/CMJ, ERYICA and EYCA,  in close coordination with Sylvie and Giovanna.
