The Council of Europe is currently implementing a project to Support the implementation of Barnahus (Children’s House), phase II in Slovenia. The project is co-financed by the  EU via the Structural Reform Support Programme and in cooperation with DG REFORM and carried out during the period of December 2019-December 2021 in Slovenia in close collaboration with the Ministry of Justice in Slovenia.

In this context, the Project is recruiting a Service Provider for event management, material production and publishing services.

Candidates are invited to submit their proposal including the duly completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement, a quote describing the financial offer, before 14 June 2020. Proposals are to be sent to [email protected] by specifying “CoE events” in the subject line.

Barnahus is a leading European model for a child-friendly multidisciplinary and interagency response to child sexual exploitation and abuse. The project aims to support the Slovenian authorities and professional to establish and operate the first Barnahus in the country through a variety of actions in three main areas: 1) strengthening of the legal, policy and institutional framework; 2) enhancing knowledge and capacities of professionals to respond to child sexual abuse; and 3) increasing awareness of professionals and the wider public in this field.
