The Council of Europe is currently implementing the joint European Union – Council of Europe Child-friendly Justice project in close co-operation with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) and partner countries from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2026.
The project aims to improve the protection of children in contact with the law – whether as offenders, victims, or witnesses – in judicial, non-judicial, and administrative proceedings across Europe.
Belgium, Poland and Slovenia have been selected as focus countries to pilot national and local-level activities aimed at collecting data, identifying gaps, and improving legislation, policies and practices.
In this context, the Council of Europe is launching a call for tenders for the provision of event management services in Belgium, Poland and Slovenia in the framework of the Child-friendly Justice project. Applicants are invited to consult the documents below and carefully follow the instructions for submission.
The deadline for submission of applications is 31 March 2025 (23:59 CET) to be addressed exclusively to children@coe.int.
