In the framework of the South Programme III, the Data protection authority of Morocco (Commission nationale de protection des données à caractère personnel du Maroc - CNDP) will benefit from a technical assistance for the development of a prospective laboratory. The first step in that direction was a study visit by a Moroccan delegation to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) in Paris, on 17 September 2018.
The delegation could thus discover the LINC (the Digital Innovation Lab of the CNIL) and have fruitful exchanges with its team on all the topics and issues that the CNDP will have to address when setting up its own structure.
