Mr Dariusz Kloza, Doctoral researcher at the Research Group on Law Science Technology and Society (LSTS), Vrije Universiteit, Brussels, Belgium and at Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO). Required action: The Bureau will hold an exchange of views with the experts on possible barriers to cooperation between Data Protection Authorities (articles 7, 7bis and 13 of the modernised Convention).
