Two major events will mark the cultural life of Neuchâtel this spring:
28th Neuchâtel Action Week against Racism
The Neuchâtel Action Week against Racism will be held from 18 March to 5 April 2023. It is organised by the “Forum tous différents tous égaux” (All different, all equal forum) and the multicultural cohesion service (COSM) of the Neuchâtel Department of Employment and Social Cohesion (DECS), in partnership with over sixty associations and institutions. It offers a rich programme throughout the state, examining its intercultural integration policy from the perspective of the need for equality in practice and the challenges posed within an increasingly plural population.

5th edition of the Neuchâtel Cultural Spring
Printemps Culturel (Cultural spring) is an association whose aim is to organise a major biennial event in the state of Neuchâtel. Its aim is to present civilisations, countries or regions through their historical, artistic and cultural heritage. By associating with the academic and cultural world and with civil society, Printemps Culturel is conceived as a platform for opening up to the world, accessible to everyone.
The 5th edition of the Neuchâtel Cultural Spring will focus on the "Black Americas" and the destiny of the populations born of the forced migration of slavery. From Brazil to the borders of Canada and from the shores of Cuba to the United States, an immense space of islands and lands, as well as an infinite diversity of peoples and cultures, will be honoured from 21 March to 21 June 2023 through fifty conferences, concerts, exhibitions, shows and film screenings.
