Alicia Carpentier is a junior legal expert in Environmental Law. She holds a Master 1 degree in International and European Law and a Master 2 degree in Environmental Law from the University of Strasbourg, France. Her research has focused on armed conflicts and the protection of the environment under International Humanitarian Law. She has studied, in particular how Eurocorps, a multinational military force based in Strasbourg, take into account the environmental protection during military operations.
Alicia Carpentier has also interned in law firms, environmental associations and international organisations. She is currently preparing her bar exam to become an international lawyer.
