The first guide, “Seeking real equality: a practical guide for Finnish municipalities to combat discrimination” (+ Finnish version) aims to provide practical steps and tools to help municipalities combat discrimination more effectively.

The second guide, "Opas Kunnille: Kotoutumista Ja Väestösuhteita Edistävä Monitasoinen Hallinto Ja Monialainen Yhteistyö“  (in English, "Guide for municipalities: multi-level governance and cross-sectoral cooperation to promote integration and good relations”) offers perspectives and tools to help municipalities plan policies, structures, services, and practices which foster integration and harmonious relations within the framework of national action programmes.

Both guides are designed to support Finnish municipalities in advancing equality, integration, and collaboration at the local level. They provide practical insights and tools for enhancing community cohesion and tackling discrimination effectively.
