Maura Di Mauro is a passionate Intercultural trainer, consultant and coach; expert in diversity and inclusion as well as sustainability and social innovation.
She teaches intercultural management in an international course within the Faculty of Economy and Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza, Italy.
From 2016 to 2019 she was the president of SIETAR Italia and Board Member of SIETAR Europe. Today she is the co-conceiver and co-project manager of the Feeling Italian project for SIETAR Italia, which aims to help youth, particularly with a migrant or international background, to develop their intercultural and global skills and to become change agents in organizations and societies’.
She is a consultant on research and training projects for ISMU Foundation, and some universities, particularly on questions related to diversity management for migrant integration and assessment and development intercultural and global sustainable skills.
She has written several publications on the topics of intercultural training, diversity and inclusion management, as well as on intercultural and global competences.
