Cecilia has over 13 years of experience in the fields of criminal justice and human rights, contributing to prison reentry efforts in Romania, working with restorative justice practices in the UK, the US and Romania, analysing conflict resolutions in Thailand, Cambodia and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, fighting cybercrime through the implementation of the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence, and advancing child friendly justice systems across Europe. She is currently working with the EU CyberNet project in advancing efforts for a free, open and safe cyberspace.
