Due to the travel restrictions put in place on account of the Covid-19 sanitary crisis, the EUR-OPA Committee of Permanent Correspondents and the Directors of Specialised Centres held their joint meeting on 3-4 November 2020 by videoconference. The meeting aimed at preparing the EUR-OPA Ministerial Conference in November 2021. The participants were also invited to discuss the Medium-Term Plan 2021-2025, the budget for 2021 and the priorities of work for 2021. The meeting was also the occasion to review two draft recommendations linked to the inclusion of vulnerable groups (migrants and persons with disabilities) in preparation for and responses to biological disasters, such as the current pandemic situation.
