On 27 September 2023, Ambassador Juan Ignacio MORRO, Permanent Representative of Spain deposited the instrument of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (CETS 205). The Convention will enter into force in respect of Spain on 1 January 2024.
